Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received in writing before 16th September 2011 will be subject to a service charge of EUR 199. The fullconference fees remain payable on and after 16th September 2011 .Substitutions are welcome at any time. It may be necessary forreasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content andtiming of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contractis subject to English Law.
